YOGA:

YOGA is a 60 minute class, which follow the classical teachings of both Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga.

The practice includes breathing exercises, warm-up exercises and a flowing posture sequence followed by guided relaxation. Inverted, sitting and standing postures are practiced; the instructor will suggest more challenging variations for more advanced students.  Our yoga classes encompass all levels so whether you’re a complete beginner or have done Yoga for years, come along and try out our new class.
