CLASS PROCEDURES

All members are asked to arrive 5 minutes prior to a class starting. Failure to check in at Reception prior to this time will have their spaces given to the next person on the reserve list.

No entry will be given to a class if it has already started.

Please ensure that you cancel any classes at least one hour prior to the start of the class. This is to ensure that your space can be given to someone else who is waiting for a place.

If you need to leave a class early please inform the instructor prior to the start of the class.

Ensure you wear appropriate footwear and clothing, allowing you to perform the class safely and effectively. Always have sufficient water to last the duration of the class.
